The annual Bride’s Choice Awards recognizes and celebrates excellence in quality and service within the wedding industry, as determined by recent reviews and extensive surveys from over 500,000 newlyweds.

Pavilion Catering is among the top five percent of all vendors in the WeddingWire community, which includes over 100,000 wedding professionals across the US and Canada. Awards were given to winners across 19 different service categories, from wedding venues to wedding photographers.

Hi Jonathan,
I wanted to thank you again for the fabulous time we had at my wife's birthday party. (May 17, 2009) The food was delicious and the presentation was wonderful. I think she really had a special day.
It is always great to hear from your guests how much fun they had and how much they enjoyed the party. I have heard so many things about your staff that I wanted to share them with you. The folks serving were great. They made sure everyone sampled the appetizers and there was always an extra smile or greeting which can make the day more special. Many people including the guys in the band made very complimentary remarks about the bar staff. It was a pleasure to be served by people who looked like they truly enjoyed their job.
Thanks also to the wait staff. They were very attentive to all but even got a hearty meal together for one late arriving guest despite the fact that it was really time to clean up.
Thanks to you, too for working with me to make for a delightful day. Hope to work with you again.

Mary and Wes were one of my very favorite couples of the year and I am so happy that they had a blast at their wedding!

Hi Jonathan,

I don’t even know where to begin with this, but that I can’t thank you enough for everything you did for Wes and I on our wedding day. Picking a catering is not always an easy task especially when planning an out of state wedding. We met with 4 caterers in one weekend and you really were the draw for Wes and I to go with Pavilion. One of the things that stuck out most from our initial meeting was you saying that unlike other vendors, Pavilion’s only focus is weddings and that your intention was to really make our wedding day exceed all expectations. Although we know you treat all brides and grooms the same, we really got this overwhelming feeling on our first day with you that our wedding would be the most important and we knew upon leaving that we wanted to go with Pavilion. Many of the other caterers we interviewed really gave us “the industry and money making feel” which was only confirmed when we found out they may have had 2 or 3 events going on at the same time as ours. The personalization and sincerity you provided at our first meeting truly made you stand out from the rest. That being said all of our initial impressions were fulfilled throughout the entire process. Anytime we had questions throughout the planning you and your staff were so quick to respond by either phone or e-mail. Everyone we dealt with along the way was absolutely fantastic whether it was scheduling times to meet with Traci to meeting with you and Megan the day before to go over the events of the day and then ensuring everything was in place on the actual day of our event.

When it came to the wedding day you were correct that you absolutely exceeding our expectations! Everyone raved about the food and inquired as to how we found Pavilion. Your staff was so professional and so on top of what they needed to do that I never got the sense at any point over the evening that things weren’t under control, which I think really helped to make things more at ease. I swear that your staff blended in with the wedding guests as I’d enter one ballroom of the Wadsworth Mansion and everyone was already eating and served with beverages, but I didn’t ever recall seeing the wait staff. Everyone commented on how full they were on appetizers prior to dinner so I know your staff was working hard. I can’t thank you and the Pavilion staff enough. In addition to ourselves, our parents, family and friends were so pleased with how things went that even some of our guests wrote thank you notes for being invited to such a great event. Thank you again!
